Victor Carinha is the Founder and Artistic Director of Journey Lab, a media brand focused on rediscovering how audiences experience storytelling. As a New York actor and theatre artist, he blends his penchant for connection, travel, and art to co-create ambitious and intimate productions behind an accessible brand.

Carlo D’Amore

Carlo is an award winning actor, playwright and Drama Desk nominated director, as well as the creative force behind Live In Theater. Since 2009 LIT has re­imagined the murder mystery genre. By blending award ­winning acting, real historical murders, city streets, and a heightened sense of realism, audiences experience high-caliber,­ in-­your-­face, cutting-edge theater. 

Erin Mee

Erin B Mee is the Artistic Director of This Is Not A Theatre Company and director of Pool Play, A Serious Banquet, Readymade Cabaret, Ferry Play, Versailles 2016, Where Have All The Glaciers Gone?, Un Café, and This Is Not a Subway Ride. She is the author of several books, and is Assistant Arts Professor of Drama at Tisch, NYU. 

Peter Musante

Peter Musante works at the nexus of immersive theater, dance, music and technology to invent unique performance-based experiences that transform space and create community. His original works are devised collaboratively, tour internationally and have been presented by such NYC institutions as Lincoln Center, Park Avenue Armory and The Brooklyn Navy Yard.

Andrew Hoepfner is a playwright and musician based in Ridgewood, Queens. He is the creator of the immersive experience, Houseworld, in which guests step into an old mansion, one by one, and enter a dreamworld. Hoepfner has collaborated on previous works with Young Jean Lee, Cesar Alvarez, and David Byrne.

Annie Arthur Kaup 
Annie’s Shakespeare Shakedown, www.AnnieAction.com 
Annie Arthur Kaup created Annie’s Shakespeare Shakedown, an interactive, immersive experience of staged scenes that evolve in real time with improvisation.  The audience is drawn into the world of the play, asked for advice, and encouraged to fulfill an integral role of the play. Each performance is a living experiment where the cast and audience merge. 

Alyssa Kim

aLyssa Kim is a performer/writer/director/producer/choreographer. Co-conceived, wrote, and directed the completely immersive and interactive show, Rocking Dead: Bedlam. A member of a NYC-based interactive company for 5 years, she created and conceived many productions with them. Produces and directs music videos, dance concept videos and short films. 

Lauren Rayner

Lauren Rayner is an independent freelance producer and has masterminded over 75 stage, film and multi-media projects since 2005. Favorite immersive performance producing credits include Take Me Home, the show in a taxi (Ontological, 3LD); A Food Odyssey (Invisible Dog); and Please Do [Not] Disturb (LMCC, Sightline). 

Jeff Wirth – Moderator

Jeff Wirth directs the Interactive PlayLab, with a mission of training, research and development, and prototyping of applied interactive performance. He wrote the book Interactive Acting, and has written and directed over 100 interactive performance experiences. Jeff has consulted for Blue Man Group, Disney Imagineering, and Cirque du Soleil.
